ADP ACQUIRES MAJORITY STAKE IN CHINALINK; CAPABILITY SIGNIFICANTLY EXPANDS WITH COMPREHENSIVE HRO SOLUTIONS IN LOCAL MARKET

Shanghai, China (April 02, 2009) – ADP® Business Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., part of ADP’s Employer Services Division, a leading provider of payroll, human resources and benefits administration services, announced today that ADP has completed the acquisition of a majority interest in ChinaLink, a leading provider of human resources outsourcing (HRO) services in China. ADP’s acquisition of a local HRO company indicates its confidence in the China market.
