Ceridian LifeWorks Launches Multinational EAP and Work-Life Services
Recognizing that balancing work and life affects employees worldwide, Ceridian LifeWorks expands multinational offering in partnership with industry leader IPS Worldwide
Minneapolis (October 16, 2007) – Ceridian LifeWorks today launched an expanded multinational solution that will enable U.S. employers to provide culturally sensitive and native language-specific employee assistance and work-life programs to their employees around the world.
Ceridian Multinational EAP offers 24/7/365 support for employees and managers to address personal and professional issues before they impact performance. Employees have access to this multinational EAP service at anytime by calling a local or toll-free number. Ceridian Multinational EAP services will provide access to a global network of clinicians with counselors in countries abroad and services in native languages. Services include counseling consultations, trauma services, training and consulting.
Ceridian Multinational Work-Life is a new online resource and referral program available through a “global village” of portals in countries across Asia Pacific, Europe, South Africa and South America. These self-facilitated, online-only programs feature articles on a range of topics, suggested readings on work-life and dependent care topics with links to multimedia resources. All of these resources are tailored to the respective cultural needs of employer and employees in each country.
Identical to the goals of domestic EAP and work-life programs, these new offerings from Ceridian LifeWorks provide tools for employers to create a healthier, more effective workforce, strengthen the productivity of their employees around the world, improve job performance and increase employee satisfaction.
“We recognize that balancing work and life can be challenging no matter where your employees are located,” said Ceridian LifeWorks senior vice president Zachary Meyer. “These tools provide a comprehensive set of solutions for employees working and living throughout the world.”
