Industry leading HR business outsourcer looks forward to more excellent growth in 2009
Minneapolis (December 01, 2008) – Ceridian Corporation, a leading provider of managed human resource and payroll outsourcing solutions, announced today that five of its existing HRO clients have signed on for continued services through 2009. The re-signing of several of the company’s key HRO clients is seen as a strong finish to 2008. In addition, Ceridian continues to bring on new HRO clients across a spectrum of industries. Several pending customer contracts expected to be finalized in the near future are leading indicators of continued strong growth in 2009.
“During a period when many of the world’s companies are making tough decisions and struggling through difficult economic times, well-run businesses still recognize the value of outsourcing key HR activities. And the fact that all five of our completed contracts chose to renew is indicative of the quality service we provide,” observed Jodi Hayes-Roth, Ceridian senior vice president of HRO services and relationship management. Ms. Hayes-Roth alludes to one of Ceridian’s key business objectives: to help its customers maximize the power of their people and lower their costs so they can focus on what they do best. The five companies who have extended their contracts with Ceridian include one multinational and four large corporations and that cover a spectrum of industries. All of Ceridian’s re-signed customers use a spectrum of HR services, including payroll, benefits and related HR activities.
“The re-signing of our key clients and our prospects for growth are in large part due to the high-level of support, dedication and follow-through of our service teams,” commented Keith Strodtman, Ceridian HRO vice president and general manager. Ceridian’s stellar service levels further illustrate the company’s continued commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver the best value in the industry.
