Under the terms of the agreement, iCIMS will incorporate arrin System’s HireHelperTM technology into the iCIMS recruitment platform.
HireHelper is arrin System’s patent pending technology that enables hiring managers to perform online background searches on any potential employee. With just a few clicks of the mouse, the applicant data is automatically pulled from arrin System’s database and transmitted directly to the inquiring customer. In combination with the iCIMS’ solutions, customers will now have access to information pertaining to background screening, drug testing results and job performance assessments.
