Ceridian Named to The Global Outsourcing 100 List For Second Straight Year
Acclaim for Ceridian includes being named among top human resources providers to the services industry
MINNEAPOLIS (March 29, 2007) – Ceridian, a leader in managed human resource outsourcing solutions, announced today that it has been named for the second consecutive year to the Global Outsourcing 100. Chosen by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), the Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers based on applications judged by an independent panel of judges.
The list, devoted to today’s leaders and tomorrow’s rising stars, will be published in a special advertising section of the April 30, 2007 edition of FortuneĀ® magazine. Ceridian was cited as one of the top companies serving the services industry and as one of the top human resources management companies.
“We are very pleased to again have been named to the Global Outsourcing 100. It validates the tremendous work that our people do every day to deliver repeatable and reliable service to our customers,” said Ceridian president and CEO, Kathy Marinello. “It also demonstrates our stature as being one of the top companies of our size in the world – one that consistently demonstrates product and service leadership in a very competitive and fragmented marketplace.”
IAOP’s panel of independent judges evaluated all applicants based on four criteria:
1. Size and growth in revenue, employees, centers and countries served.
2. Customer experience as demonstrated through the value being created with the company’s top customers.
3. Depth and breadth of competencies as demonstrated through industry recognition, relevant certifications, and investment in the development of people, processes, and technologies.
4. Management capabilities as reflected in the experience and accomplishments of the business’s top leaders and its investment in management systems that ensures outsourcing success.
