Ceridian To Host Its 20th Annual Customer Conference
Attendees from companies of all sizes and industries will gain training, accreditation and networking opportunities at 20thannual Ceridian Insights Conference
MINNEAPOLIS (July 13, 2007) – Ceridian, a business services company that helps our customers maximize the power of their people, lower their costs and focus on what they do best, announced today that approximately 800 of its customers will attend its 20th annual customer conference, INSIGHTS 2007, July 15-19 in Kissimmee, Florida.
Attendees will be hosted by Ceridian employees at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. They will have the opportunity to participate in comprehensive product training and demo sessions; compliance and legislative updates from Washington, D.C.; and personal and professional development sessions.
Built-in accreditation elements also help attendees advance their careers. Ceridian INSIGHTS 2007 will offer 100 unique sessions on human resources, payroll, benefits and management/executive topics. Participants can earn up to 18 continuing education credits toward recertification for the American Payroll Association’s Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC). The event has also been approved for up to 18 recertification credit hours towards Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Ceridian will also offer an opportunity for attendees to earn a diploma through Ceridian University. Launched in 2004, Ceridian University is a comprehensive program that provides Ceridian product certification for employees and customers, and offers access to preparation materials for industry certifications. A blended-learning environment, Ceridian University offers courses in a variety of formats including Web-based, distance learning, self-study and classroom training. By attending a designated series of required and elective sessions at INSIGHTS 2007, attendees can earn a diploma in payroll administration, HR/benefits administration, systems technology, reporting administration or advanced reporting.
