iCIMS Named Winner of HRchitect Beauty Contest

– SaaS Provider Chosen as Top Vendor of Talent Acquisition Systems –

HAZLET, N.J. (October 24, 2008) – iCIMS, a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider of talent management solutions, announced today that the company has been named the winner of the HRchitect “Beauty Contest” for Talent Acquisition Systems.

HRchitect, the leader in HR systems strategic consulting, will be presenting a series of webinars entitled “Assessing the Talent Management and HR Systems Landscape, an HRchitect Beauty Pageant.” Each “Beauty Pageant,” held over the course of the next five months, focuses on a different category of HR technology and features six contestants. For the Talent Acquisition Systems contest, which was held on November 14th, contestants included iCIMS, Silkroad, ADP’s VirtualEdge, Authoria and Mr. Ted.

“There are a tremendous amount of options when choosing a Talent Acquisition System,” commented Matt Lafata, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing for HRchitect and the moderator for the series. “HRchitect really strives to educate clients about the different choices they have when deciding on a system and each webinar will give them a snapshot of top vendors in their specific area of interest.”

During the Webinar, contestants competed pageant-style by showing off their company story, service differentiators, value proposition and, of course, technology. At the completion of the pageant, attendees voted on who they felt did the best job. Capturing nearing 60% of the votes, iCIMS was undeniably the standout winner. The win was attributed to the Talent Platform’s usability and adoptability, the one core system for all pre- and post-hire needs, and because of the company’s unparalleled commitment to an outstanding customer experience.

Knowledge that was taken away from the Beauty Contest included a rare look into the way organizations evaluate talent acquisition systems. Despite the numerous technology options that companies can choose from, it was the full end-to-end platform that was clearly favored and most looked for during the evaluation process. Unlike point solutions or modules, the talent platform makes it possible for corporations to manage their entire talent lifecycle through a single web-based system. By eliminating the need to purchase multiple, costly solutions, iCIMS’ Talent Platform proved to be the solution that offers the most value.

Adam Feigenbaum, iCIMS’ Director of Sales and the presenter during the pageant, attributed the win to the value customers derive from the iCIMS Talent Platform. “The Talent Platform is one of the most flexible solutions on the market, and when you couple that with strong training and support teams, it means success for our customers. iCIMS configures the platform around their existing processes, resulting in high user adoption and, in turn, significant ROIs.”

iCIMS specializes in solutions to attract, retain, and manage top talent, giving users the ability to perform all HR tasks through a single application. Clients are able to configure the iCIMS Talent Platform around their unique HR goals; powering such initiatives as workforce planning, applicant tracking, on-boarding, performance management, employee surveys and more through one core platform. The success of iCIMS’ Training division has helped iCIMS achieve the highest user adoption ratings in the Industry.
