PeopleAnswers to Help Ceridian Boost Sales and Customer Service
Scientific Pre-Employment Testing Software to Improve Quality of Hires, Employee Productivity and Performance for Global Business Services Provider
DALLAS (April 07, 2011) – PeopleAnswers and Ceridian, a global human resources outsourcing company, today announced a new software licensing agreement for Ceridian to use the PeopleAnswers HR solution across its U.S. Sales organization to pre-screen, select and hire new employees who will help improve sales and service to its customers.
Ceridian expects to create a consistent employee recruiting process focused on identifying, selecting and hiring candidates who share many of the same behavioral traits with its current strong performers to improve performance companywide. Ceridian will implement PeopleAnswers first with sales and sales leadership positions in its HR Solutions organization and then will evaluate its suitability for other roles nationwide including call center, payments processing, customer service, implementation and consulting.

To achieve higher employee productivity, PeopleAnswers will identify the Behavioral DNA® of existing staff to create customized, behaviorally based Performance Profiles. After candidates complete the PeopleAnswers assessment test, the technology matches job candidates to Ceridian positions best corresponding with prospects’ existing qualities and tendencies. Hiring managers will also use PeopleAnswers as a guide for interview content and employee development. PeopleAnswers will integrate with Ceridian Recruiting Solutions, Ceridian’s proprietary applicant tracking system, for a seamless recruitment process.
